What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
The short version
We collect only what we need to get your order to you. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
What we collect
When you place an order, you send us your name, phone number and delivery address through WhatsApp or in the shop. We keep those details so we can confirm the order, arrange delivery and answer questions about it afterwards.
If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply and refer back to it later.
Our website does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record the pages requested and the approximate region a request came from.
Orders are placed over WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Your messages to us are covered by WhatsApp's terms as well as this policy. We keep order conversations only as long as we need them for delivery and for our own records.
Who sees your details
Only the people at RHB Marketing who handle orders, and the delivery partner carrying your parcel. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we do not sell or rent them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. Anything beyond that we delete.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email thenutraagent@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will deal with it. If you want us to stop messaging you, say so once and we will stop.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. The latest version is always the one here.
